U.S. Government Expected To Be #1 Halloween Costume This Year

Time magazine released a report today that the U.S. Government is expected to be the #1 Halloween costume for 2013. Kids all over the nation are excited to put on their best Congress, President, and Government Worker costumes come October 31st. What on earth will this look like?!
